Terms & Conditions

General conditions for booking and picking up vehicles with Rentame.

  1. 01

    Present an original identification document: ID card, foreign ID card, or passport.

  2. 02

    Valid driver's license.

  3. 03

    Present a credit card with available credit according to the vehicle segment.

  4. 04

    Payment for the service must be made exclusively by credit card at the agency when picking up the vehicle.

  5. 05

    Rentame holds the vehicle for up to one hour after the reserved pickup time.

  6. 06

    If the vehicle will be driven by someone other than the contract holder, an additional fee must be paid at the agency.

  7. 07

    The vehicle is delivered clean and with a full tank, and must be returned the same way to avoid extra charges.

  8. 08

    The rental period is 24 hours, with 1 hour of tolerance for return. From hour 25 onward, an extra hourly rate applies.

  9. 09

    If the vehicle is returned at an agency in a different city from the pickup location, an additional fee will apply.

  10. 10

    The rate includes insurance with basic protections. Full-risk coverage options are offered at the agency.
